This Residence comes fully equipped! You'll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area/dining room, and an in-unit washer/dryer. This unit in particular includes a private terrace with a BBQ and an outdoor table. Walking distance to restaurants and bars; 13-minute car ride from the Airport, Old San Juan, and Condado area. When booking with us, you'll receive a "Travel Guide" with our favorite places and many recommendations. The building has a shared Rooftop with a bar, BBQ, and lounge area.

Nice, convenient spot. Didn't realize it was 3rd floor and didn't have the views shown on web (taken from the 4th)... but overall a very nice, reasonably priced place to stay.

Lovely space

The space was incredibly nice as we used all the available features. Very close to trails, food spots, and old San Juan which was a plus. Not to mention our host was incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay.

Not the best stay

The place was not as spacious as advertised in the pictures especially the patio which was the main part of us booking. The shared spaces were warm but each bedroom had its own AC which helped with the warmth. The stove top did not work at all and had a hole in it! Beware of ants. The shower was overflowing a bit as well and the parking around the area is not the best

Property was clean. Plenty of sleeping space for 6 people. Cold rooms. Went with a group of 6 (18 plus). Walking distance to good restaurants and amazing coffee shops. Night life is great as well! Ubers were easy to get from this location. Enjoyed our stay!
