Upon arrival, our group experienced multiple serious issues that significantly impacted our stay.First, the property was misrepresented. The listing showed a single large townhouse at a specific address. Upon arrival, we discovered the address did not match the listing, and the property consisted of two separate units, not one home. This caused confusion and did not reflect what we booked.Second, there were immediate habitability issues. At check-in, there was no running water, which was reported right away. Staff later came to fix it, confirming it was not working at arrival. Even after restoration, water pressure remained very low, and the bathroom sink in apartment D remained clogged and drained extremely slowly.Third, there was a strong and persistent mold/mildew odor throughout both units from the moment we entered. This was reported immediately, before using any amenities. The explanation given—that this is “how Puerto Rico smells”—is inaccurate. The odor was severe enough that two bedrooms in the lower level were unusable, reducing the number of functional bedrooms we paid for.Fourth, there were ongoing maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning dryer, further showing a pattern of poor upkeep.These issues created health concerns, particularly because two members of our group have asthma, and the odor made the environment uncomfortable and concerning.I would not recommend
