Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

  • Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
    We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
    Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

    Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
    We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

We had an excellent stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owners were fantastic to work with. They communicated promptly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth from booking through checkout.Our overall experience was outstanding, and we would definitely stay here again. We had a great time! It was clean with a fantastic view. The beach was only a few steps away. Will definitely go back. Felt very safe with all the security on site. The only con would be the wifi, it worked the first day but we couldn't connect the other 2 days. We chose not to try to fix it, we were given instructions on who to contact to fix it but didn't feel the need to worry about it since we were there for the experience not tv or our phone. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Stayed at 2 places in the ESJ Towers during our trip and this was by far the best apartment. Clean, wonderful AC, hot showers and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and tour guide from Puerto Rican like a Local was able to pick us up at the hotel. Perfect stay.

This property is in a great location. Grocery store near by, accessible to highways, many restaurants, minutes from the airport, and right off the beach.Check-in process was easy, room was nice, clean, and cold which we love. Accessibility to the owner with questions was easy and clear. Check out process was a breeze. The water restriction made this trip a little bit challenging with the hours we had to be attentive for water, but we made it work. This is at no fault of the owner, but of the ongoing water crisis happening on the island. We truly enjoyed our stay, will surely recommend this property!

It was absolutely perfect for me and my 14yo daughter. The beds are very comfortable and big, I believe both are queen size. The balcony is a very special view. Early morning is nice and afternoon starting around 2ish is very comfortable sitting out there and the evenings are spectacular with the breeze and the city lights. The beach access is so nice. Step thur the gates and your touching sand. This is our 4th time visiting the island so the water is not new to us but if it's your 1st, you'll love the warm waters. Please try the mofongo and rice and beans . You will love the culture. I will be retiring here in 4 years, so I love it . The host was so quick to respond. Looking forward to returning here next summer.

We had a memorable stay at this location. It was in the perfect spot for getting around the city. And plenty of great food to choose from in walking distance. Our location had all the amenities readily available that we needed for our trip. And the beds were comfortable as well.

Yes, the photo is accurate. The beach is seen from the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice to see there was an emergency power bank that the reidge was plugged into. We enjoyed our stay.

Very thoughtful host, fully equipped kitchen, and even had ice in the fridge, along with a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. A covered parking spot in the parking garage is included. You just walk out the building right onto the beach past the gate. Great location close to many restaurants bars, car rental places grocery stores.

I was a very nice condo well maintained loved the view.loved the Beach the owners are very attentive for anything you need.one inconvenience was the laundry room. 4 out of the 6 washers not working and 1 out of the 5 dryer's not working.Besides that i loved it.
