Entire studio apartment overlooking the marina with kitchenette, full refrigerator, full bath and free WiFi. Building has 24/7 security. Room for 4 guests. Convenient location for the ecotourist who will be enjoying the beauty of nature: Bio Bay, Seven Seas, Icacos and El Yunque. Free wifi and Roku TV with my PrimeTV, Disney+ and Peacock streaming accounts loaded for your use.

Las Criobas Park has several restaurants and of course you can fully stock your fridge from the local Walmart to make breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is a microwave and stove for your use. Kitchenette has cooking utensils and pans. Note: There is construction from the resort next door which can be heard on weekdays. Work is permitted from 7 am till 3 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have discounted rates during the week due to the inconvenience from the construction project.

Batteries for air conditioning and tv remotes were emptied. So it was a bit hard to make them work. There was a construction going on in the building which was very anoying and couldnt sleep well. Other than these it was all good.

Eunice’ place was great. We enjoyed our visit in Fajardo, PR. It was close to Ceiba Ferry Terminal to visit Vieques + Culebra islands. The apartment is walking distance to the water taxi to visit Icacos Island. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with cooking utensils, beach chairs, cooler and goggles to snorkel. We had our designated parking pass and there was an elevator to the 6th floor. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was a great experience.

Great experience!

Location is next to the water, you can enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves crash. Close to water taxis for a quick trip to Palominos or Icacos.

Beautiful, but Mostly Quiet

This was a great stay, lots of amenities, nice location, but the beautiful balcony view was marred by the noise of the construction/demolition next door, about 40ft away. 7am-3pm, grinders were running, debris dropping 7 stories onto the ground below, and a skipjack below nearly always in reverse. Evenings and weekend were beautiful, as advertised. After I complained, host Eunice did a good job updating the description of the property.

Excellent vacation spot. Condo was what we expected. Clean and comfortable. Awesome view. The ac control was a bit hard to understand. Only minus was daytime construction on either the roof or unit next door with constant drilling but usually we were out anyway.

A wonderful vacation!

This survey website is not working. We hope this review is received! Our stay at our Vrbo condo could not have been more fun. We loved it. The rooms were comfortable and the views were spectacular. The location afforded us a five-minute walk to some wonderful seafood restaurants, and we could easily drive to a couple of beautiful beaches, harbors for sailing and snorkeling cruises, and the El Junque rain forest. The only discomfort was the early morning noise below from the work area and private harbor of the adjacent resort. That hardly distracted us from our fun. The contacts with Eunice were easy and always helpful, and we are grateful for her services! Thanks, Eunice!

Great view and close to restaurants and bio bay

Check in process was really simple. Property feels secure with the security personnel that are vigilant about cars coming and going etc. The view is great, sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. We liked the area, very close to the Kayak village so its really convenient for the bio bay excursions. Grocery store not far away if you want some essentials. The condo has fridge, microwave, small stove top area, etc. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Great location, great stay

The stay at the studio was just as described! It's super close to restaurants, bio bay, El Yunke and water taxis to neighboring islands. It was perfect for the day trips we wanted to take and great to come back to a beautiful view.

Lovely place in a beautiful area. Eunice is an excellent host who cares about the quality of your stay. This home has everything you need. Safe location with 24 hour secure parking garage and swimming pool. Easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing with wonderful views

Stayed a week for my partner’s 50th birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony watching the yachts and ferry come and go in the marina. Swam and sunbathed at the relaxing pool. Walked to local restaurants for great food and drinks and strolled along the water there and back. Truly beautiful location.
