Amazing location for our family vacation!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico for myself and my family of 14 others. We had an amazing time, HOUS was a great central location in San Juan. The communication with the owners was great. They always answered immediately, and they were very accommodation including purchasing a shower chair for me as I am in a wheelchair. Staying at HOUS made our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Wedding Week!

We stayed here with some of our closest friends for the week leading up to our wedding and it was the BEST choice we ever made! The check-in was so easy, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and the place was GORGEOUS. THe pictures truly don't do it justice, it is so comfortable and spacious, beautifully decorated, and so close to the beach and shops.. there's truly nothing I would have changed. Thank you so much for everything!

MFF Girl's Trip 2023 A Smashing Success

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem just as described! Main was huge! Seating area easily accomodated 15 adults comfortably. Each of the studios and apartments were self sustainable and accommodated 2-3 adults comfortably. The decor was lovely. We enjoyed the pool! The external showers kept us from tracking in sand from the nearby beach. Any and everything was a short and inexpensive uber drive away. We used a recommended private chef (Chef Victor) who was AMAZING! Overall was a wonderful experience and we would do it again!

Fabulous home, fabulous hosts.

Our family of 12 rented the entire property for 5 nights and we fell in love with the house. It's comfortable, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of spots where you can curl up with a good book, sun, have a chat or play a game. The pool was perfect for relaxing and talking. The house is a few steps from a beautiful beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants. The neighborhood is a gated community, lovely and very safe. Do be mindful that the gates shut at 6pm so afterwards you have to walk/drive through the main gate to get in or out. We had a few of minor issues during our stay, and Chad and Adrienne could not have been more responsive and accommodating. They were super kind and fun to talk to, they even let us have a sneak peak at a new property they were getting ready to list. GORGEOUS. We would not hesitate for a second to rent from them again when we come back to PR. I think Hous is probably best suited to a larger group that will rent out the entire property. I don't know if the pool is accessible for everyone should the apartments be rented out separately, and it would be a little odd for those staying in the main house if it was. The only suggestions I would make are more places to put clothing, luggage racks, and some accessibility to the laundry. Between the heat/sweat, the salt water, and the sand, your clothes get dirty fast and it would be nice not to have to pack fresh clothes for every day of the trip.
