The room was a mess and dirty when we arrived. The bed sheets were a mess, towels on the floor and the floors were dirty. I contacted the host & VRBO. They responded right away and sent a cleaning crew with an offer of dinner reservations, which we declined, and they refunded one night stay. The customer service was excellent. The Apt. is very nice, as pictured and a great view from the balcony. There were two small beach towels and chairs, a washer dryer and pickleball set and parking on premises. The sheets and comforter were very very cheap material. Even Target sells better quality than these sheets. The building itself is falling apart everywhere you look. The courts (Tennis & BBall) were also old and very bad surfaces.

Lovely little apartment, clean and well maintained.It's in walking distance to one beach - right out the back of the complex. Another beach is walkable if not you're not carrying much, but with chairs and a cooler it's best as a short drive.Easy walk to a couple convenience stores and a great breakfast place, and a grocery store is a long walk or short drive.Note that there is no oven, which is one of the reasons we picked this location. There is a toaster oven, but that isn't a replacement if you're planning to bake meals. The kitchen is very small, but it makes efficient use of space, we needed only to plan a bit to cook full meals.While the apartment was very clean, some of the pans and cooking utensils were dirty. Some had food caked on them. We ended up washing everything to be safe.AC worked great, bed was very comfortable, making for good sleep. The shower was very nice.We enjoyed our stay! Aside from the lack of an oven, we'd definitely stay here again.
