"This is a wonderful, peaceful, and quiet property with everything you could possible need and it's dog friendly. The outside partially covered deck with dinning, grilling and hot tub made this place extra special. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the double sinks in the bathroom were nice. The living room was comfortable with plenty of space.We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again."

"All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed for the meals we cooked ourselves. There were lots of toys for the kids and plenty of activities for all ages. Property manager was very quick to reply to my questions before and during our stay. "
