The room was nice but the bathroom had very bad sewage smell entire time. It was the only disappointing part of oir stay. The service was great, food was good and even when i never got any response from hotel about my transfer from airport and making a specail stay for our Aniversary the front desk tried to make it up by sending us an afternoon tea tray as complimentary gesture.

This place was amazing. The construction using Teak was beautiful. The staff also were some of the best. The food was delicious. I had no complaints about this place. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

This is by far one of the most beautiful and peaceful hotels I have stayed at. Room was amazing! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I wish it was closer into the city or had a restaurant open for dinner. However don’t let that keep you from staying here!

As mentioned in previous reviews, the property is quite far from the city center, but if you don’t mind the commute, it’s a very nice place to stay. The detail in the architecture is pretty remarkable. Would have loved to stay a bit longer. Only gripe was the lack of amenities. The restaurant was closed at 7pm?, so we had to order delivery from grabapp, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but otherwise no complaints. Hotel staff were very friendly.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, made in wood, the hotel employees are nice, the manager didn’t want to allow us a late check out until 3pm, even though the hotel was almost empty and asked us to pay 50% of the price .. not cool

The staff and service were exceptional. Property was immaculate and comfortable. Pool was fantastic. We spent the day by the pool then rode into town to tour the Night Market. It was a bit of a drive to get into Chiang Mai and transportation wasn't easily accessible. Nearby road noise could be heard during the early morning hours and evening, but wasn't overly disruptive. It is on the outskirts of town. That being said, the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation, including a tour and transfer to our hotel in Chiang Rai. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was small, well outside the city, and it’s nothing walkable or nearby. The hotel failed to have their promised shuttle service available on time and made us almost miss a flight. They didn’t have much available for breakfast whatsoever. They billed us for a dirty towel, yes a dirty towel. They never replaced our towels in the room that were left out to be replaced and got billed literally minutes before we had to leave. We not only asked for a shuttle prior to arrival and a chefs cooking class 3x but never got a response nor was an answer ready when we arrived. The shuttle service we booked the night before departure was not only not ready, the driver arrived 15min late and ruined our morning. You cannot expect to have any coffee or breakfast before 8:00am. We Couldn’t resolve this as no manager available to escalate or discuss these issues, especially the extra billing for a dirty towel at time of check-out was not acceptable and this wasn’t the first time. Numerous times we were told they could help with requests we made as they had too little staff on site. The room was nice and pool was clean but would not recommend.
