Located near San Leonardo in Passiria the Chalet "Zu Wosser" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a beautiful garden including a lawn which is perfect for sunbathing, a covered terrace and 2 balconies.
The ski slopes Racines Giovo is 30 minutes away by car, and a small ski slope for children can be reached in 5 minutes.
Additionally, there are many hiking trails nearby, some local restaurants are 5 minutes away and the centre of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, which has supermarkets, is 15 minutes away by car.
A parking space is available on the property.

Traumhaft schön
Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Der Inhaber wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wer die Ruhe sucht und entspannen möchte, ist hier genau richtig, man ist, wenn man einkaufen möchte, an das Auto gebunden und man muss dann bis nach St. Leonhard. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Tino mit Familie
