“This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. There is a Catholic church on the next……

“The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get a taxi on short notice, and they responded immediately to our late-night challenge entering the room. We had four rooms, and three of us had trouble flushing the toilet, our hairdryer wasn’t hooked up, and the walls were very thin. I’m sure the staff would have been helpful for technical issues, but our stay was too rushed to report them. The property seemed very new - maybe still ironing out some bugs.”
