“Limpieza inexistente, muebles viejos y rotos, menaje destrozado e insuficiente para la capacidad de la vivienda. La vivienda carece de mantenimiento ninguno, los nórdicos estaban sucios, no facilitan leña para la chimenea. En resumen nada recomendable”

También hicimos una visita al Escorial que está muy cerca. Joaquín y Belén, son súper amables, y nos dieron todo tipo de recomendaciones y facilidades. Leímos en comentarios que había avispas, pero la verdad es que cuando fuimos nosotros, no había ni rastro.”

The place is located in a well taken care of gated community (El Guijo) with three pools,, two restaurants, and tennis courts about 30 minutes away from Madrid. The townhome is well taken care of and well equipped. It has amazing views of the Madrid mountains from the living room and outdoor terrace. The unit has no AC but opening the windows at night helped to keep the place cool. There’s no assigned parking space to the unit but we had no……

“This was a 3 day retreat for our start up team and the location was just fantastic for the stay. Less than an hour from Madrid airport in a quiet and isolated location. The rooms were huge, bathrooms clean and kitchen well equipped with everything that we needed for the ten of us. Not to mention the swimming pool and the outdoor eating areas which we made best use of. All in all, a very good place to stay. The communication with the property manager, Rosa, was excellent.
