“The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. “Great location, responsive staff, very clean (not gross at all), and modern. We felt very safe, loved the gated parking, and appreciated the remote-controlled AC in each room.
