「The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. 「It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.」

「This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
