Cleanest inn I’ve ever stayed at. Really nice people running the place. Amazing location less than a 5 minute walk to the bay. If I’m ever back in Morro bay this is where I’m staying. Perfect.

This charming property is family owned, quaint, clean. The owners take great care of this hotel and it's guests. Sundown Inn's location is convenient to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also close to the bay, ocean, and local beaches. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Morro Bay.

The inn-keepers were very friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our reservation (not their fault!) and they went above and beyond to straighten it out. Room was spotless with complete set of amenities. We'd definitely stay there again!!

Old California Home Feeling

My wife and I had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July holiday. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely friendly and hardworking - we would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the area!
