「Hice uso de tres habitaciones, ninguna tenía servicio de agua caliente, ninguna tenía servicio de WiFi y mucho menos AC o servicio en sus televisores, los muebles y el baño tienen bichos, las cocinas q había en las habitaciones son solo de Adorno, por que no funcionan, y en reception al ir a quejarme, hable con la receptionists en turno, quien me hizo hablar con una mujer q resulto ser la cocinera y finalmente con el velador, pero nunca paso mi queja a el administrator!!! Pero nadie pudo...

「Todo estuvo muy bien en lo general, limpieza, personal, amabilidad y la atención excelente, nomás el último día empezó a tirar agua el Minisplit de la habitación # 3, pero es algo que se puede corregir, en puntuación de 5 estrellas, le pondría 4.8 en lo general 」

「Staff were great. Locks did not work. Noisy surroundings. Had to pay cash. Room smelled of sewage. Mattress to big for frame so sore back and neck. Fan worked at only high setting. Worst stay EVER in 7 trips to Mexico.」

「The property is located two blocks from Plaza Allende. We stayed in the room called Armadillo. It was located in the second floor. The room was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in the third floor and it had a great view of the area and of the cathedral.」

「La habitación era muy sencilla pero en buenas condiciones y limpia. Para descansar está muy bien. Tiene alberca y un jardín muy lindo. En general no es un hotel muy elegante pero hay buena relación calidad- precio. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y con productos orgánicos. Se pueden añadir cosas al desayuno con un costo muy accesible 」

「I was mostly impressed at how easily the staff carried my luggage up the stairs. I arrive early and the staff was accommodating. They mad sure of my comfort while i waited for my room to become available. The views from the hotel are fantastic. I did have a meal on the terrace one day and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!」
