「They lost my reservation, for a king size bed in a non-smoking room. They only had small double bed, smoker room. I really hate smell of cigarettes and I had no other options. Then they made me give a cash deposit, which was not on the Expedia website. I had to drive around at night looking for a gas station with an ATM and pray one of the drug addicts that was loitering in the parking lot didnt rob me. On top of all that, the AC didnt work the best, the mattress was hard, and the window didt...

「Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it. When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.」

「這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。 房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。 旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。」

「nicely updated rooms, very clean.. very very clean. Good size fridge. Microwave. Pet friendly. Only downside was the lack of places for dogs to go potty and that you have to pay for ice.. but despite those things… I’d happily stay there again and again. Oh, also a lot of street noise, sirens, cops everywhere.. but those things are out of the motels control. We were very comfortable regardless 」

「Very comfy stay. One recommendation is to add a teash can to the laundry room for collection of lint. Love that there's complimentary laundry for guests. 」
