"We were unfortunate to have pretty much non stop rain for our stay so the interior of the house got all our attention. The WiFi was excellent, though small the kitchen was sufficient to keep us fed. We did venture up to the roof during a break in the weather but did not use the hot tub. When needed Vincenzo was prompt and effective in sorting things out and we look forward to coming back again in the summer to get the best of what this property has to offer."

"Beware, this is a fraud. No instructions where to go, we get there. It’s empty, Host does not answer. Been calling 3 times VRBO to get a refund. No apartment available since it’s around Ferragusto in Italy. Beware."

"We stayed with extended family for a week at Vincenzo’s place. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The place was very clean and thee outside areas were wonderful. We had one. Or two problems with the water and pool during our stay but our hosts responded and put things right quickly. Two minor negatives for us. The lack of kitchen equipment (there were 9 in our party but minimal bowls, lack of serving spoons, sharp knives, chopping board etc.). Also we found the beds to be hard and some hat uncomfortable. This could be personal taste.The town was very quiet but we managed to find a few places to eat. Bubba restaurant was particularly good."

"Unit was clean, but not as advertised. Had only 2 bedrooms and the third was not accessible. There wasn't a 4th bedroom. Failures of equipment started the first week with the main heat failing, although fixed quickly. The clothes washer failed, but replaced quickly. The downstairs toilet started to leak, fixed quickly again. Ended up not using the downstairs shower as the boiler didn't provide enough hot water to shower completely. Showers are tiny, about 24 inches square. Upstairs shower was adequate, but again tiny and you needed to be quick before the hot water ran out. Black mold started to appear in one of the bedrooms and the upstairs shower area. Bathrooms didn't have there own heat, and so were cold. This isn't an issue during the main warm season. Property contact was listed incorrectly. The unit changed owners and the listing still shows the old contacts. I contacted VRBO with some concerns but never heard back. Other small items cropped up but didn't deter from the stay. "
