"We had an amazing stay! The property was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. We especially loved sitting out on the deck with our morning coffe, it was such a relaxing way to start the day.The location was fantastic. So close to the beach and within easy reach of all the local attractions, while still being quiet and peaceful. "We have spent a wonderful Family week in the Villa Mery. The house is big and well equipped and the pool is an great advantage."

"I can’t say enough about this place. It was spectacular! The greeting from the owner, Teri, couldn’t have been nicer or easier. The pictures in the listing don’t even do it justice…the property is just BEAUTIFUL, inside and outside, and we had everything we needed. It is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, safe, private and located in a wonderful community near small shops and a restaurant, Ristorante Venturi, that became our favorite. I would love to come back here!!!!"

"A stunning property in a beautiful location with a superb host! Vanessa could not have been more welcoming and helpful with lots of tips about places to eat and visit nearby. We’ve definitely been hooked on Bertinoro and the emilia-romagna region on this visit to and will return "

"Una casa bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, una vista panoramica, i colori della terra e del cielo… una meraviglia per gli occhi e per la mente. Ottima agenzia, gentile e disponibile e ottima accoglienza e cordialità anche da parte dei proprietari."

"The view of the house was truly amazing! The communication with the host was perfect. All of the spaces, inside and outside, were super cozy and beautiful (even better than shown in the pictures). The house is very well equipped and has everything that you need. We had an amazing vacation there that we enjoyed very much!"

"We had the best time at this wonderful villa in the Rimini Countryside. The villa was perfect for our reunion with friends from New Zealand. It had all the facilities needed and very close to the beach, the town and the castle. The villa was spotless. We requested some local wine and food prior to arrival, which was lovely. The house manager - Deborah and her daughter Danna, were fantastic and looked after us all so well. Thoroughly recommend."

"The property is on top of the hill and very beautiful. The outdoor space is amazing, we did not get to enjoy the Jacuzzi as we were not there long enough. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Finding the house was also very simple. The host is very kind.Inside the house is very nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, the kitchen has ample space for at least six people. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is remote, there are no other houses nearby. The only trouble we had...

"We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas's team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here. Cristina and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and letting us get on with our holiday. Their house is wonderful, especially the pool and outside covered/dining areas; in summer it was hot of course, but really well set up for the heat. New, good A/C in every room made it easier to sleep as well.Perfect for a group of families, we had 9 teenagers with us who all loved it as well. Plenty to do not too far away (though a car is...
