“Room was excellent Bathroom great. Staff spoke Spanish had to use translate app. Room only, had to leave hotel for all other things. Staff was helpful when I needed to print a document from email. Be prepared to use WhatsApp.”

“Rooms were very nice, the staff was courteous, but I felt there were not enough staff during breakfast. Food was very good, and the wine fountain was great! We spent the afternoon at the terrace which was delightful, and the bartender there was excellent.”

“Great stay, centrally located, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our only complaint was the.noise coming from the bathroom vent, we herd our neighbors a bit. But, closing the bathroom door stopped the noise. I'd stay at the Plaza Portal again for sure!”
