The residence is a seafront building, with not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators, located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

Each flat has its own parking place. Free Wi-Fi on request.

This lovely studio flat for up to 2/4 people on the fourth floor with air conditioning consists of a large living room with cooking corner, double door fridge, TV, safe, a French sofa bed and a double sofa bed, bathroom with window and shower box, spacious habitable terrace with side sea view, covered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
