About this property

Duplex apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a PROFESSIONAL "OMADA" WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.
The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.
It is a duplex with two bedrooms both located on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom you can choose between two single beds or a double bed. There is also an armchair bed for the extra persons in the living room, recommended for children and teenagers.
The house is ideal for 4 people, although thanks to the sofa bed it is suitable for families of up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children). For babies we have a cot and high chair available, of course, babies do not count as an extra person.
The duplex is very bright, the main bedroom has a fantastic corner terrace of 50 square meters, with armchairs, shower, barbecue, outdoor dining table, and views to the sea and the swimming pool. Thanks to the interior garden the second bedroom is also very bright. Natural light also reaches the main bathroom through the skylights.
The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace on the ground floor.
This first floor is an open-plan space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located, as well as a small toilet.
Another of the main features of the house is the equipment, highlighting elements such as the very high quality bed, the gas barbecue or the Smart TV with internet access.

All the staff were amazing and really helpful. Pre arrival information best we have ever had. The location is quiet but plenty of places to eat. House was great. If you have young children there’s probably not a lot around but the pool is good
