“Everything”

“This place is ok, the food was ok, the room is ok, the weird elevator is useful .. the staff at the front desk are “you do you, help yourself , I have zero opinion “ - they didn’t seem sure about anything - about where to eat “go to the centro” they said - that’s it . The location kinda sucks , it’s 10 minute walk to the main “jardín” - no where to eat on the way there or back … it’s hard to walk back and forth all day .. easily I did 15k steps a day and a lot of it was walking back and forth……

“Close to every thing! The suite was so comfortable, like home away from home. So beautifully decorated in traditional Mexican decor with a nice view. We will be back to visit at Casa Mia Suites.”

“Excelente estadía”

“Me encantó hospedarme aquí”

“Services and environment”

“I can’t stress enough what a beautiful property is to be enjoyed at Aqua Live San Miguel De Allende. The grounds are beautiful, green and lush. The staff was so genuine and friendly. Always willing to help. I was so impressed by the housekeepers. We came back to the room after a day of sightseeing, and the room was immaculate. But beyond that, the housekeeper had organized all of our toiletries in such a thoughtful way. Can’t wait to go back.”

“The rooms were clean, basic and very comfortable. Gettiing in was easy once we figured out you had to touch the door knob to light up the keypad. It is all password entry to both room and front door. You are given a smart key for your stay, but the password still works. They are very communicative on WhatsApp so download it if you dont have, this is the way to communicate with a lot of services in Mexico. No TV's which was great for us, also no safe or refrigerator so just be aware. Rooms are……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However, one thing very annoying is that the church bells ring every 15 minutes that made me hard to sleep.”
