「Again, if you wonder why you get that much bad reviews. Go ask your staff Roselin. She is really bad attitude, really rude to me. She wants me pay extra 30 dollars for bringing a friend to room for 1 hour. Your policy written here the room includes two guests. You can’t see??? I could say all the staff in this hotel are nice, hotel are clean they made me feel welcome. Especially the staff Cristopher, he is gentle and nice. Also all the staff in the morning, they are so nice. It is my last day in...

「A couple stay in the room with hot tube, really well located, a lot of food places and connected with public transport」

「Great location and close to restaurants.」

「The staff was very helpful and polite. Staff gets an A+ for service. Thank you!」

「Very bad experience!!」

「I put a do not disturb sign on my door yet they still went in, moved my stuff & left the window open. Didn’t like that. If I put a DND sign on it’s for a reason」

「I would recommend all the travellers to consider experience La Paz with this hotel. Their hospitality is one of the best hotels I have stayed all over the world. Rooms are clean, staff are nice and friendly, whenever you need them, they are there for you. (That’s no joke!) They are humble and make the best effort to make sure our stay comfy. You can feel their service for you is doing with their warmth heart which I appreciated it a lot. For me, the only problem, as we do open the door for...
