This two level 2 bedroom+sleeping loft/2 bath condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Condo A4 has a porch and a balcony overlooking the pool & the beach with a fabulous view of the Belize Barrier Reef!

On the condo's ground floor there's the porch plus a bedroom with king bed, a full bathroom, full kitchen (no dishwasher), and living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa. On the 2nd floor, there's a bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, a loft area with 2 twin beds, and the veranda overlooking the pool and the sea.

Sunset Beach Resort is located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:

--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (2-15 minute walk)

And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!

The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!

It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.
