AWESOME VIEWS

Perfect location S of town. Don't miss Somewhere South 1 block down for all meal types. Condo was great with all amenities needed. Just bring shorts and flip flops and relax.

Beautiful!

The condo was great, it’s in a great spot with beautiful views. We like being a little outside of town, but still close to go have fun (about 15 min by golf cart.) It was just the right size for us, we really appreciated that there were 3 full bathrooms. Be warned if does say two single beds, it’s a twin bed with a pull out trundle. Totally workable, but not two separate beds. It was fine for us as we didn’t need it but be aware. The pool was nice, it was always clean. I will say getting things like towels was a little harder. While Ana was very responsive sometimes the service from the people actually taking stuff to the condos was slow, we requested more bath towels on Thursday afternoon and they didn’t show up until Saturday. Overall it was awesome though. It met all our needs, was comfortable and in a great spot. We really loved that for the excursions we booked we could get picked up on the dock in front of the condo. We would totally stay there again!

Belize it!

Overall satisfied with the property however a few of the amenities were less than what was projected in the listing such as the barbecue grills one half decent the other one was just a bucket of rust! As well as the snorkeling gear was unavailable or non-existent one of the two! At our place we ran out of toilet paper and there were no extra garbage sacks and we ran out of shampoo conditioner and bar soap as well

Great place to stay

This is a great little property. The view off the balcony looks like a postcard, it's so perfect. You are right on the beach in front of a nice little pier where your tour guides may pick you up. We had a great time. I think this is a good place for 7 people. With 8, someone would have to sleep on the couch. It's clean and has everything you want. A/C was fine. It was all great, really. The location is quiet..on the south edge of the island out of the main part of the city. There's a little bodega (expensive and small, but very convenient) right next to it, and three restaurants within a couple of blocks. You will need a golf cart or taxi if you want to go into San Pedro. I was very happy with this place. Would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful property and great location!

This place was everything we hoped it would be! The layout was perfect for our group of 4, the two floors allowed plenty of privacy. The location was perfect. About a 15 minute golf cart ride to the heart of town but several things are much closer. The minimart right on the corner by the condo is so convenient and easily walkable. The property and grounds were extremely well kept and landscaped beautifully. We had the pool to ourself each day and enjoyed the view of the ocean. Communication was top notch and the property managers and staff on site who helped us can’t be thanked enough. We would stay here again without hesitation!!

Gorgeous views. Seamless checkin and out. Help with arranging golf carts and cabs. The one issue we had with water after a storm came through was resolved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the island.

Weeklong Stay with Our Family of Seven

We are a family of seven and we came to Belize to get our daughter to her herpetology conference and turned it into a family vacation. We were spending the week of the conference near Belize City, so we decided to spend an additional week before on San Pedro Island. This condo gave us the perfect view and wonderful island experience we were hoping for. It was spacious and very comfortably slept our family of seven. The air conditioners worked very well, and the whole condo was so nice and cool! The water pressure and temperature were good, even though at times we came home and had all three showers in use at the same time. The views were incredible. We could just sit and relax and watch the ocean for hours. There was always a nice breeze and we did not have any trouble with mosquitos. This condo is located just a little south of the town so it has a peaceful laidback atmosphere. We spent time everyday in the pool and most of the time had it all to ourselves. It was also nice after having dinner out to come back and have a night swim. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed getting around in it. Keep in mind that this close to the equator it gets dark early, by around 6:30. There seems to be a fun active nightlife in San Pedro town. There are several nice restaurants near the condo if you do not want to go far. We also really liked Pineapples at Ramon's Village Resort and Iguana Juan's in town. We also visited the Truck Stop to have Ice cream and catch the sunset on the lagoon side of the island. We chartered the Reef Runner glass bottom boat and made a trip out to the barrier reef to snorkel at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, and swim with the sharks and rays in Shark Ray Alley. We made lots of memories and hope to come back soon. We would definitely stay at Caribe Island again. I also would like to mention that we asked if the owner would get the light over the sink to work for us (not a necessity, but a big help with my not so great eyesight) and they sent someone out immediately and had it working for us just a couple hours later.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful setting!

We just returned from our trip to Ambergris Caye, what a wonderful time we had. We stayed in this three bedroom condo, this was exactly the space we needed. My family of five (three teenagers) and my parents all had plenty of room here. The Queen bedroom with bathroom was on the main floor along with the living room and kitchen. The upstairs had the master bedroom and bath as well as a loft area which had another Queen bed and a trundle bed (2 twins) along with its own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms each had there own lanai as well! The condo had plenty of towels, both beach and bath along with plenty of hand towels and face clothes. We also asked for fresh towels part way through the week and had those come without question! The staff got back to us so quickly any time we had any questions, they were fantastic! The condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, oven pans, mixing bowls, blender, coffee pot, water cooler, you name it! The condo grounds were also very well kept, books to trade in the palapa by the pool area as well as plenty of pool chairs and tables to eat at if you wish. There were kayaks and bikes available however we never ended up using them. Our neighbors, who were condo owners, were all super friendly and lovely to visit with. If we come back to the Island we would be absolutely sure to stay at this same location! Thank you for everything :)

Great Home Away From Home Getaway.

Traveling with 3 other females, this was an exceptional experience. Plenty of space, plenty of bathroom space, and the kitchen space was definitely accommodating. The neighbors were friendly. Lots of choices...eat in or eat out. Bumpy golf cart rides to and from the condo was a negative but you learn to adapt. The stairs were a bit much if you have heavy luggage or other physical limitations (bad back, bad knees), but you can negotiate for the downstairs bedroom. But the view of the ocean and the pier was great. Plenty of nearby restaurants. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to roost while traveling to Ambergris, and I would stay here again. Don't forget your bug spray. Jimi M.

Nice property

Loved it. 2 bedrooms and a loft with a double bed and a twin bed. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom. There's a satellite TV which gets most American channels. The place has a pool and a dock. It also has a game gazebo. It's off the beaten path and you need a golf cart to get to San Pedro. There's a small shop a block away, and Suya Tours is right around the corner. The managers made the stay. Incredibly responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. They helped with dinner reservations, arranging the golf carts, arranging snorkeling trips, laundry service, a chef. Just lovely.

breezy bliss

A wonderful condo that has almost everything you would need. The kitchen could have a few more items and spices for cooking, but we managed well enough. The blender stopped working (serious problem when making fruity rum drinks) so they came out immediately and took it to fix it. When they couldn't fix it, they came back with a brand new one the same afternoon. The pier is great for sitting, fishing, and swimming in the water. We used our snorkeling masks right off the pier and were able to see fish and even a few small rays. The property has kayaks to use and 4 bikes to cruise around on. It was also nice to have the pool as another activity choice. We rented a golf cart and used it a ton. The property is at least 2 miles south of San Pedro. Each bedroom has air conditioning and fans. The upstairs loft room has a trundle bed so we had all 4 kids sleep there comfortably. We walked to the Lone Star Restaurant nearby. Super delicious avocado salad and tortilla soup. Ahhh I wish we were still there.
