We really enjoyed our stay at Caye Casa. It was our first trip to Belize. Staff was super helpful with excursions, local food options, and general questions. The two women who work there are so kind and friendly answered all my questions and had friendly conversation in passing. Shane is super nice on arrival then he seems uninterested in you as a guest after that. If you need anything, Mario who is the groundskeeper, is a great go to person.

I came to celebrate my birthday & had such a pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed (water, microwave, fridge). The location is also walking distance from a lot of bars & restaurants. It wasn’t loud or crowded near the hotel which is a plus. I’m definitely coming back!

We loved our stay so much! The property is on a very quiet road. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants. The grounds crew, Marco, was so wonderful. The entire staff was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back again.

You’re greeted at the door with a welcome drink and a run down of the property and of the neighbourhood. If there was a way to give 50/5 stars to the staff then I would. Laundry services, the cleaning staff, the genuine care for the property, and the local knowledge shared with us went a long way. The rooms, the facilities, and the property were immaculate. Again, the level of customer service is unmatched! Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars, and they can organize a taxi and/or golf cart for you with zero hassle. Would stay here again with zero hesitation.

We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional. If you are planning on visiting San Pedro, definitely stay here.

My stay in Caye Casa was absolutely incredible!! Jake and Shane were so nice, helpful, and honest. We got an entire run down of where to go and where not to go, a map of the island and the best spots to eat, they made a reservation for us at the BEST place to eat in the world (Elvi’s) and 4 cold Belikin beers waiting on us upon arrival - and that was just the first day. They already have someone for taxi services that they know and trust who were also incredibly nice and helpful. The property was very clean and quiet. All of the staff were so nice, warm, and welcoming and the stay overall was just fantastic. I could go on and on about our stay and don’t get me started about how they go above and beyond with their amenities (a hammock, 4 beach towels, our own bathrooms, easy access to the pool, quiet environment, books for you to read, extra everything - pillows, blankets, etc). If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Pedro (or Belize in general) this is the place to do it. Thank you so much again Jake and Shane! And thanks again for the recommendation of the octopus appetizer with habanero sauce and the fisherman’s chicharrón at Elvi’s. 10/10 for sure ;) - Velena

There is nothing I really need when I arrive at Caye Casa. The room comes with Coffee and the Fridge with a couple of Beers. This takes away the need to run to a local store when I arrive. Most rooms have games, books and even sunscreen that have been left behind so you feel like you are walking into a well-appointed home. It is my 4th time there.

Caye Casa was the perfect location for my 5 day stay in San Pedro. All bars are within a 5 min walk. All local food options were the next street over. My room was clean and cool with ground floor access. The staff were perfect!!! I highly recommend staying here.
