「The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. Luis at the dive shop was very informed and helpful with snorkeling tours. We did 3 and loved each one of them. The pools were perfect, clean and quiet and the air conditioning was amazing on those hot days. Snorkelling under the dock was a great way to practice with our equipment and fooling around with go pro and capturing all the fish that love under there. 「We've been to San Pedro 4 times now. We have CHOSEN to stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The condo is spacious, well stocked and clean. It has great porch with a great view of the beach and it's just steps to the water. Several restaurants nearby and a small market for things you run out of.We'll be back!」

「Our overall impression of the property was excellent. If you want to be in the heart of San Pedro, this home is a little bit out. We rented golf carts, so not an issue. Alvin was great with setting this up as well as suggestions to visit and where to eat. Everyone in town was awesome and friendly. While this was our first visit to San Pedro, I still have yet to have a bad meal in Belize. The food is always amazing. The pool was a good size and clean, unfortunately the weather was a bit off, so...
