「That hotel was a disaster; there were cracks in the ceiling—it was a safety hazard. They didn't clean the room, and there were no clean towels. We asked one of the staff members for towels and were told they didn't have any, though ten minutes later she brought us one. The food wasn't fresh. The photos on the website didn't match the actual hotel; it looked old and neglected. Expedia should be more careful with the information these hotels provide.」

「I had an enjoyable albeit short (3 nights) stay at the San Antonio Hotel Boutique. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the taxi that dropped me off but Fonseco at the front desk was very helpful in trying to locate the driver. Although we were unable to contact him, I have since been in touch with someone who has the phone and am coordinating its return to the US.
