With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning and a desk for work, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is entirely yours, while the pool and gardens are shared.



✨ Set on a quiet closed street, it’s a relaxed base for friends and families with older children. The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo are about a 10-minute walk away, and Playa Principal is 10–15 minutes on foot.



The Space:

You're staying in the garden-level apartment of one of the original homes in Puerto Escondido. At 1,454 sq ft it has room to spread out, and the living room opens straight onto the patio and garden. It's made for indoor-outdoor living.



Bedrooms: one queen bed and two double beds across three bedrooms, with room-darkening shades.



Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap.



Kitchen and dining: a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and blender, plus cookware, dishes and wine glasses. Eat at the dining table indoors or at the open-air table looking out to the sea.



Outdoors: the patio, balcony and tropical garden have outdoor seating, and the garden runs out to a railing overlooking the Pacific. The pool is shared.



Comfort: air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and a desk with an office chair.



Guest Access:

The three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces are private to your group. The garden and pool are shared, and the pool is for registered guests only.



The Neighborhood:

El Faro is a quiet residential neighborhood on the cliffs above the Pacific, between Playa Principal and Playa Manzanillo. The stairs down to Playa Manzanillo are about 10 minutes on foot, and Playa Principal is 10 to 15 minutes. The Rinconada's restaurants and shops are about 20 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

The walks around the neighborhood are mostly flat, apart from the stairs down to Playa Manzanillo. It's a closed street with very limited parking, so we wouldn't plan on driving. Taxis are cheap and easy to find.

Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. The pool is shared and is only for registered guests. No smoking inside the home or on the terrace, you may smoke outside the home on the street.



The property features garden areas and balconies with handrails that have wide spacing. This setup may not be suitable for small children or toddlers. Parents should be fully aware and ensure children are supervised at all times.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
