Confiando en mi reserva a traves de uds. Fué insolito llegar al lugar y desconocer la reserva? Argumentarón que estaban llenos y no sabían quién abrio la página para ofertar su hotel y como yo había ya 4 más.Lo sentían mucho pero NO hay. Es primera vez que vivo una acción así con respaldo de uds. ya varios años que soy HOTELES.COM Insistierón que si no me la cobrarón, nada podían hacer!
