I cant speak on "around the property" as i never left the hotel, but everyone, including kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! Breakfast was included in our stay. Hotels in San Pedro don't usually do that. Of course they'll offer it, but it'll just be extra.

The climate control in the lobby was inadequate. There were only two small vertical air-conditioning units, which were not sufficient to cool the space, especially in a city where temperatures remain around 80°F with 100% humidity throughout the day. The corridors leading to the rooms were hot and had little to no ventilation. During a rainstorm, one of the elevators had to be taken out of service because of a water leak. On a positive note, the bedroom was clean, and the air conditioning in the room worked well overnight.

Old, need remodeling and repairs!

The staff was very polite and attentive. They were ready to solve problems and be friendly. But the building is an old crowne plaza hotel. The elevators to the parking didn’t work and the parking had several quantities of rubble. Old wood and chairs. They have good materials on the building. But carpet was dirty and old. Air conditioning very loud and not central. The furniture old. Sheets stained. Hot water didn’t work until they’ve changed my room. I have no complaint on how I was treated but it is an old building needing repair.
