The Space:
* Prime Beachfront Location: Walk directly from the property onto the pristine white sands of Playa Pochomil. Whether you’re into surfing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the ocean, this spot is perfect for you.

* This listing is for two private casitas. We also have 4 other rental options available on the property. If you have less guests you can rent only one casita or even Casita 3 which sleeps couples only. If you have more guests, you can rent the entire property privately for up to 12 guests.

THE ROOMS:

This reservation is for 2 private casitas that, if we have other guests, will share the property's common areas, including the kitchen and pool area. If you want the entire property private, consider booking our Private Entire Property.

* Comfortable Accommodations: Casita #1 & #2 each include a private bathroom, a ceiling fan, and personal fans over the beds to keep you cool at night. The main rooms on the first floors is AIR CONDITIONED, while the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with fans. Please note the upstairs may be warmer.

* Fresh Linens and Towels: Arrive to made beds with fresh linens and fluffy towels for your comfort.

THE PROPERTY:

* Well-Equipped Kitchen: The Main Beach House features a fully stocked kitchen with a 6-burner stove, a standard refrigerator, and all necessary cookware. Casita #2 also has its own private mini-fridge.

* High-Speed Internet: We provide the fastest internet available in the area (35 Mbps upload and download). Ideal for digital work or streaming.

* Security and Privacy: The property is fully enclosed by a 10-foot wall with secure gates and a private parking area. We also have 24-hour on-site security and a groundskeeper, Yerling, who is available to assist with any needs.

* Local Charm: Enjoy the rustic beauty of Playa Pochomil, complete with beachside pigs, goats and other animals, for an authentic and peaceful getaway. Sometimes you will even see turtles nesting on the beach.


ADD ON AMENITIES:

* PRIVATE CHEF - Our Private Chef will come to the Beach House and cook for you. The day before the meal they will come to the house and you will tell them what you would like to eat. They can prepare Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The next day they will arrive with all the ingredients and cook a private meal for you in our kitchen. You will have a private meal without leaving the Beach House. Our Chef will need at least one days notice. So please make sure to contact us if you would like this.

The Rate for the Chef is $10 per meal plus ingredients.

* ATV RENTALS - We have on-site ATVs available for rent to ride up and down the beach. Inquire for rates - 1 days notice required

* HORSEBACK RIDING - We can call some horses to come right to the Beach House and you can take a ride down the beach on your own horse. Inquire for rates - 1 days notice required

* BEER AND ALCOHOL DELIVERY: Give us one day's notice, and we can order a case of cold beer or bottles of rum & other liquors to be delivered.

* SURF BOARD RENTALS: One Days Notice Required and we'll have them delivered to the Beach House for you.

* SURF LESSONS: We'll have our Local Sponsored Surfing Pro give you lessons. - 1 Days Notice Required

* BOAT TOURS - We have our own private Dingy Boat that can accommodate up to 4 guests. We also can oursource for you larger boat tours for larger groups for fishing or surfing excursions. Let us know what youd like to do and we can put together a price for you.

Guest Access:
You have 2 Private Casitas and free run of the property. Only location you do not have accessible are the inside of the other casitas and the 2nd floor bedroom to the Main Beach House. When there are guest of other Casitas on the property the Pool and Main House Kitchen Area are shared.

Other Things to Note:
The weather is a consitant 78 - 90 degrees everyday just about year round. The air is not too humid and I have found it to be some of the most comfortable and enjoyable weather I have ever been to. I've traveled a lot, so when I came to Pochomil, I fell in Love.

Casita #1 does not have Hot water; however, the bathroom in the Main House, that your free to use, does. I have found I usually don't ever want hot water anyway as I prefer to be cooled off, but if you want it, it is available.

Please note, we do have security cameras throughout the common areas of the property for yours and our protection.

The weather is a consitant 78 - 90 degrees everyday just about year round. The air is not too humid and I have found it to be some of the most comfortable and enjoyable weather ive ever been to. Ive traveled a lot so when I came to Pochomil I fell in Love.

Casita #1 & #2 do NOT have hot water. Only 8 steps away in the Main House there is a hot water shower that you are free to use. I have found I usually don't ever want hot water as I prefer to be cooled off, but if you find you need it, then it is available.

We have installed a 6 stage Reverse Osmosis system for clean drinking water. No more carrying around those heavy jugs of water. Free clean drinking water is available out of the kitchen tap.

We DO have air conditioning in the casitas.

Additionally. Nicaragua is a 3rd World Country. Do your research on Nicaragua and Pochomil before you come. Do not expect the area to be like Miami Beach. You will see chickens and pigs walking freely and there are not the standard 1st world accommodations in the area. Personally, I love this about the area, but there are some people and groups that this is not their thing.

If our location was in the states the rates would be 3 times higher. Be reasonable with your expectations and keep them in alignment with where you are choosing to visit. If you're concerned about everything being spic and span and super clean at all times. This is not the place for you.

Interaction with Guests:
You will likely have the whole property to yourself unless we have other guests. Yerling, our caretaker will be available should you need anything. Be aware your rental is a private casita but you could be sharing the property with other guests renting our other casitas.
