We were impressed by this place. I have been to many resorts (expensive ones) and can honestly say this is the cleanest one. This place smells wonderfully, very attentive, respectful staff. I highly recommend. It's really quiet but so convenient and located. Shout out to the server captain (don't remember his name) he from Santiago at kuka restaurant for his amazing service.

Hôtel bien pour une ou deux nuits
Chambre 6 confortable mais peu sécurisée. L'acces par les fenêtres est facile pour les intrusions. Les rideaux sont bloqués on est dans le noir dans la chambre obligés d'allumer la lumière... Petit déj à ameliorer : pas de boisson fraîche, pas de fromage... Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Rupture de gel douche dans la douche ce sont des choses à vérifier lors du nettoyage de la chambre... Une petite serviette pour les mains serait aussi la bienvenue. TV pas branchée et impossible de la brancher. Sinon l'hôtel en général est moderne et pourrait être mieux avec quelques petites améliorations. Stationnement facile juste devant.

Hôtel de passage
Bien pour une ou deux nuits. Manque de sécurité aux fenêtres on s'introduit facilement par les toits des voisins. Il devrait y avoir des barreaux et les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien. La chambre 1 est plutôt originale. La chambre est confortable mais ne laissez rien de valeur. Le petit déj pourrait être amélioré.

The owners are doing a fantastic job of renovating this Hotel. As of our stay there was just a little more work to do up on the rooftop pool area. The location is 10–15-minute walk to a public beach was not too bad. The Hotel transport to Kukka beach was very convenient and readily available. Overall great location with a small town feeling within the local community.

Excelente hotel
Lugar incrível, lindo, quarto amplo e confortável, staffs educados e gentis, retaurante com pratos deliciosos. Organizam o seu seu passeio para ilha Saona por um preço justo. Tem serviço de Transfer para alguns outros restaurantes do grupo. Foi uma hospedagem incrível. Gostei demais.

Amazing stay all in all.
Loved the staff super friendly and makes you feel like home. Some basic stuff that i would have liked to have in the room is water, coffee, garbage, etc. However not to complain it was a great stay

Beautiful boutique type hotel design, the food at their restaurant is delicious & the staff attending the restaurant are mostly kind, although there’s one gentlemen that is not very respectful of women being alone but is kind as well, just a bit sneaky; hotel staff is kind but the ladies at reception left me two days without toilet paper although I alerted them with anticipation of needing it; also they were not able to find me an iron for my clothes, customer service is very minimum at the hotel reception. Cleaning staff never cleaned my room or changed my towels & bed sheets.

Great place and people!
Super friendly and helpful staff! Also the food was great. Having a sundowner by the rooftop pool is awesome! All in all a great package for a very reasonable price and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in the area.

A fuir ! Accueil très froid. Pas d’eau chaude en arrivant. Pas de wifi durant tout le séjour. Travaux importants dans l’hôtel de 9h à 17h, nous obligeant à quitter l’endroit, impossible de se reposer. Impossible d’accéder à la piscine minuscule à cause des travaux. Double vitrage insuffisant. Rue très passante, beaucoup de camions de chantier dès 6h du matin ainsi que des bus et tout le reste de la circulation du monde. Petit déjeuner très léger ou alors il faut payer un supplément. Ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix que ça nous a coûté. N’y allez surtout pas, il y a plein d’autres petits hôtels à côté qui valent le coup.

HAPPY SURPRISE
This wonderful little hotel is all about service and the guest's well being. The staff are all amazing, smiley, happy people. Very accommadating. They worked as a team. It created a very welcoming environment. The room was exactly as expected. Clean, great bedding, modern decor and a plus for us was having room with a belcony. Breakfast el fresco was great. Hot coffee, fresh juice, tasty hot and cold selections all to be enjoyed on a covered front terrace while watching the day unfold. I love people watching. The greatest surprise was a shuttle service to the Bayahibe public beach. We were provided with lounge chairs and service the the hotels sister restaurant. Very good food. It was a great way to rap up 7 weeks of holidays. Thank you to everyone at the Alkquimia for our wonderful time. Keep smiling.

Nous avons apprécie la chambre et la piscine. Pour le reste c'était pas terrible. Pas de boisson d'accueil comme annoncé. Le bon pour un repas et boisson n'est autre qu'un coupon de réduction de 15%.

Close to nice cafes and bars, only 5-10 min walk to the beach. Nice, modern hotel. Had some issues during our stay but the staff handled this excellently. Thanks to Antonio particularly who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would recommend!

Für diese Unterkunft ist es gut wenn man mobil ist den es liegt etwas weit vom Strand entfernt. Selbst das Hotel war für die paar Nächte die wir dort waren OK bis auf ein Problem mit der wasserpumpe was ich aber auch schon vorher bei einer anderen Bewertung gelesen hab. Jedoch dachte ich das es eine Ausnahmen war deshalb haben wir dies gebucht und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
