Muy acogedor las instalaciones del hotel y las atenciones del personal. Lo que fue increíblemente malo y muy decepcionante fue que él seguridad de la puerta, nos impidió accesar al hotel , a pesar de mostrarle nuestro código y nombre de la reserva. Perdimos mucho tiempo y eso fue muy desagradable. , donde incluso nos insinuaron que eso pasa cuando se compra a través de este prestigioso medio de Expedia. Espero mejoren este aspecto.

The property is beautiful, the beach and deck is nice, place and location are nice but we had inconveniences since the beginning like AC was not cooling, there was issues with the tv, coffee maker was broken, the room key was easily deactivated every time, they don't have a phone in the room to call the front desk, and the staff they have was not resolving the issues plus the drinks they offer to the guest are poor quality and the food is just ok.

Definitivamente me da mucha pena tener que escribir esto, pero hay que hacerlo. Había visitado el complejo unos años atrás siendo Cadaques, en ese momento parecía un hotel boutique, No es lo mismo, el área que funciona como hotel esta totalmente descuidada, empezando por el lobby, uno siente que llega a un lugar abandonado. Desde el mobiliario hasta todo el entorno. El edificio que se me asigno, el palmera, simplemente deprimente, pasillos sucios, ascensor sucio, cristales sucios, TODO estaba lleno de polvo, arena y sucio. La habitación, fatal, siguen teniendo el mismo mobiliario, pero en peor condición, supuestamente la habitación había sido limpiada, pero estaba SUCIA, desde los muebles hasta el baño, ya no tienen las colchas bien tupidas, solo una frisada simple, marrón, de la que venden en los supermercados. La neverita no funcionaba y me tuvieron que cambiar a otra habitación. Me cambiaron a otra que no era que estaba mejor, pero por lo menos la neverita funcionaba. El aire acondicionada estaba sin tapa, y hacia el peor ruido que pueda existir, mi esposo constantemente tenia que darle un golpecito para que parara de sonar. Y el baño, bueno, para hacer el cuento corto, la ducha se nos quedo en la mano, se rompió. Sobre la comida, muy poca variedad, fría y mala. Las bebidas, regular y básicas. De verdad que es lamentablemente, ya que las condiciones del hotel no se prestan para recibir personas, por lo menos alguien que quiera pasarse unos dias de descanse y disfr

With a global pandemic, I couldn’t expect much. But it exceeded my expectations! Food was great! Drinks were awesome, pool and beach was super nice. Everyone was so friendly! (Shout our to dionicio who took really good care of us) the bartender lady with red hair is just too sweet, and all the boys were amazing. Thank you so much for taking good care of us during this time. Does it lack things ? Yes, but like I said during this times they won’t have everything, but regardless it will be an amazing time.

The bartender Evelyn was very friendly went beyond my expectations. But the bathtub was discussting, the lobby to enter the building no lights the whole 6 days in my stayed. Also dirty towels hanging in the balcony for 5 days. The door to my room each and every time I had to go for them to make me a new key. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay. Very inconvenient also the food extremely poor. I have been to many all inclusive hotels and this by far was the WORST one would never return. The only thing that I can truly say the staff was very pleasant and all very caring.

La habitación que nos dieron no era como la foto, pedimos cambio pues además de pequeña, olía a humedad y el baño estaba terrible, con cortina de plástico en la regadera. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, limpieza, cuidados y mucha atención. No hay suficiente staff y en el bar nos quisieron cobrar bebidas sin registrarlas en su sistema. No regresaría aquí.

Check in: wifi does not reach rooms…disappointing. Manager said some company is working on it. There was no water available which came quickly after (they could have let us know). At first resort looked quiet so it was nice to relax by the sea or swimming pool which is big and amazing. Beach is very nice but small. Big issue is mosquitoes; they are everywhere since resort is surrounded by forests. Music on the beach was streamed from internet and kept going on and off. Restaurants were average, not much of diversity over days. We had to ask for a spoon and sugar every time we order coffee. We complained about internet couple of days later and the manager provided us a mobile 3g solution which was ok. Room was clean but there was no soap, shampoo or shower gel (although they are present in the hotel pictures), no towel for face. Room service changed towels every day and every time we had to ask for towels again and again. Seems like towel stock is very low and we had to wait for them to get cleaned. Same for beach towels. Also they gave shampoo only when we asked for it but never a soap. Temperature of the shower was not stable - kept changing. leaving hot water running on the sink helped. We couldn’t dry our clothes in the balcony as it was not allowed (very inconvenient). All in all, Resort is nice but the service is below average in my opinion and mosquitoes is a downside.

Wonderful staff and spacious, very clean room. Beautiful beach area with a stunning pier. Not a lot of activities, but great for a relaxing beach vacation. The only negative note is the food: no variety, small quantities, very bland. No snack bar between meals and they tend to run out of everything from food to beverages.

Es un lugar muy lindo, con habitaciones cómodas pero deficiente en una cuanto al servicio que ofrece, la comida es mala y muy poca variedad, en muchos casos estaba fría. A pesar de ser un lugar todo incluido tuvimos que pagar por la cena de mi bebé una noche porque no estaba en la reserva, no tienen entretenimiento, muy decepcionada, no regresaría.

El personal super amable y servicial, la limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones, piscinas y áreas de disfrute es impevcable. Cuenta con zonas para adultos y familias con niños, en ambas se puede pasar el rato super bien. El sistema "Todo Incluido" muy conveniente, vale la pena pagarlo, se come bien. Menú internacional, con vinos, cervezas y licores variados. Lástima que solamente habilitaron un bar cerca de la playa, lo que dificultaba acceder a bebidas cuando se está en el área de piscina y el "parque acuático". En general, super recomendado, excelente para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilos!

Finding this place is hard, goes by Marada and Caroques. Even locals struggle w directions. Room is clean and fine. Staff are not super friendly. The property is gorgeous w ton of potential but horribly mismanaged. They just wing it. Half deserted. Beach has little upkeep. Food is abysmal. Could be awesome place w some TLC and attitude change...but will likely crumble

La estadía en esta propiedad fue Pésima, empezando Por el personal que fueron rudos y no tienen mucho Conocimiento de nada, las habitaciones estaban pequeñas y sucias, había que pagar a las Mujeres de la limpieza para obtener un poco de servicio. No dejaban agua ni jabón y nada en el baño extra había que siempre pedirlo. La comida era uña asquerosidad, una vez le calló una Mosca a las habichuelas y pretendía solo sacarla y dejar que lá gente se la comiera. No tenían mucha variedad y los cocineros eran pésimos, me enfermé y no tenia ni siquiera agua en la habitación, tuve que llamar y pedirla y tomaron una hora en llegar con dos botellas de agua. Todos los turistas estábamos con diarrea y problemas estomacales, loS únicos que estaban contentos eran los dueños de la tienda donde se compraba el agua mineral y tónica, siendo los únicos remedios para el estómago. La playa muy rocosa y el personal acosan a las mujeres ofreciendo servicios en las habitaciones, no importa que edad tú tengas. Muy desagradable. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. Estas no se Pudieron llamar vacaciones, lamentablemente perdimos nuestro dinero y tiempo.

Wir haben im Januar All inklusive gebucht. Da zur Zeit sehr wenige Gäste in der Ferienanlage verweilten, war die Leistung alles andere als gut. Das offene Bier konnte man nicht trinken. Es gab keinen Roséwein mehr, das Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure war fertig, usw. Zum Essen konnte man ein Fleisch, einen Fisch oder eine Pizza auswählen. und das alles All inklusive. Zum Glück ist diese wunderschöne Anlage jetzt nur noch als Appartement buchbar. Lage wunderschön direkt am sehr sauberen Meer.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The pool is clean sparkling and focal point. The area looks like a quaint European town with arched entrances and coral stone walkways. Several butterflies fluttering around and local workers always busy but not too busy for a friendly hello. However, some small issues that could have been fixed. Our safe did not work, and they promised to fix it and didn't. The beach is small and very rocky. I injured my toe bc I couldn't see rocks under the sand. Water not as clear as Dominicus Beach, however, still pretty. Another plus is the palm trees and free lounge chairs. The food was hit or miss, mostly good. The language barrier was somewhat of an issue. Overall pleased though.

Hotel carino. Stanza con letto king in realtà monto bella. Acqua fredda e calda per davvero. Piscine molto bella e pulite. Scivolo divertente per grandi e piccoli. Spiaggia rocciosa, ma con molo che permette di arrivare in acqua con fondo sabbioso. Le spiagge circostanti sono un po’ piú sabbiose. Ristorante buffet non malle, ma nula di speciale, forte il vero tallone d’achille del resort. Manca una valida alternativa di ristoranti. Poche informazioni da parte del personale sulle attivitá che offre l’area.

Séjour d'une semaine en juillet 2018, réservé par le biais d'hotel.com. Le descriptif de la chambre n'était pas clair: nous avions bien indiqué 3 personnes et que nous demandions 2 grands lits. Au final nous avons eu 2 lits de 150, trop juste pour le lit a partager... Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plutôt un complexe avec des appartements appartenant a des particuliers (parfois a louer) et une partie appartenant au complexe. Pas grand chose à faire aux alentours, comme pour tous les grands hôtels en RD. Plage privée petite, mais très agréable ponton sur la mer, belle et grande piscine, petit parc aquatique sympathique mais pas toujours ouvert. Ambiance familiale, petite animation très discrète et uniquement le weekend, dommage. Restaurant sous forme de buffet, pas beaucoup de choix. Rapport qualité-prix: trop cher pour le peu de services proposés. Personnel discret et agréable.

As many of the review have stated there are some nice things and some not so much. Where to start? The property in general is nice and clean. The beach sand and water is nice although the actual swimming area with no rocks at the shore is small. But there is a pier to go out to the water where it is very nice. It was quiet when we were there so no trouble with getting chairs etc. Not so good...the room was really small. As in 2 feet on either side of the bed and very small bathroom. The room had a bad mildew smell that lingered on things when I got back home. The room was clean but things like coffee maker and so on not in the best shape. And no coffee or creamer was provided one day. Leave $2 in the coffee maker lid and next day coffee! Ok the big issue was the food and service there. The selection was small but the food was ok. BUT one day at breakfast we did not get water or coffee service for at least 20 minutes. I finally had to go ask. Other meals pretty much the same thing. Leave 50 pesos and next time it was better. And be aware that if you get the "meal plan" for breakfast and dinner be aware that if you decide to have lunch it will set you back $24 per person! And it is not clear what drinks are provided when the meal is paid for. And as some people said they do not have great English ability and the majority of guests were from Spanish speaking country so for them no issue. The desk clerk said they do not get too many English speaking guests. It could be better.

Most of the staff could not speak english very well. Also, the food selection was not too good. The ones that could speak English were very nice. The price of lotion was for $25. The very same lotion is actually worth $3 in the States. Every cab fair was also expensive and one place tripled the price of the fish when compared to the menu. The cab to the airport was $120 one way. That was a surprise and Huge setback for my opinion. All these little charges made my trip less fun and as a result we left the resort early. I like to plan for things and as a first time visitor I simply was unprepared and wish I was not taken advantage of. It is a bad feeling.
