NEW luxury penthouse in Dominicus with the most spectacular beaches in the Dominican Republic. Property offers private 5 people jacuzzi on the terrace and 5 shared beach entry pools. Shops and restaurants are withing 5-minute walking distance. This property has up to 4 people access to private beach club Emerald Cove (Aqua Esmeralda development, 10 min. taxi ride). 10-minute walk through town leads you to the public beach. This area offers many fun excursions to the Saona and Catalina islands.
The space
This spacious and modern 1800 sq. feet/174 sq. meters penthouse has 2 cozy bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms. You will enjoy soaring wood ceilings, European fixtures, fully equipped kitchen and spacious loft which leads you to an open terrace with jacuzzi and your own BBQ!

Vacation Get Away

This condo was everything that it promised. Both the manager and owner were very responsive to questions or issues. I'll definitely be making a return trip. Can't thank the manager and owner enough for a pleasant and hassle free stay.
