New Apartment! everything inside is new! Very close the amazing Bayahibe Beach (less than 5 minutes walking). The unit has fully equipped Kitchen with all appliances including, living, dining room, private and adorable room with Queen Bed, spacious closets and relaxing balcony. Washing machine and water- dispenser. The Bathroom with all accessories: daily use towels and beach towels. For your comfort, we have Water Heater too. Smarts TV ( in the living room and bedroom), Cable, Wi-Fi, AC, fans, window security and insect screens. The Condo has for the enjoyment of its guests a gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by a vibrant tropical garden with area for barbecue. Also the Condo provides Security 24/7 and everything you need for your pleasant stay.
The apartment is located inside a stylish Condo “Baya Azul” in Third Floor without elevator.

Yes, noisy from constant construction
Gas leak..took 8 days to repair..I turned the gas off each night.
Bed sheets for direct south sun exposure..the small loft roasted most the time. Ac in bedroom
No wall above door in stair well, mosquitoes, construction noise and neighbour's on balconies...all day, all night
Toliet leak across bathroom floor..took 7 days to have some repair. Constant mess.
