Room had nice view of pools and ocean. Pools were clean and grounds were very tropical and clean. The ocean was clear, clean soft sand beach, plenty of lounge chairs. Loved the hotel and stay. DID NOT love the pushy “playa collections” sale folks that would not let us walk through the lobby without trying to sell us. Very annoying and put a damper on our stay.

Good hotel. The service not so great. The checking process was terrible. I was traveling with my service animal and they didn’t even know how to check me in and the employees were not the best
