Third place I have stayed at in San Ramon for work and by far my favorite. Rooms are private, large, and up to date. Ice maker works in the room! Everything you need is nearby. The complimentary breakfast is better than most.

To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered.
