About the home

"San Freemo" is a beautiful, brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with amazing water views. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Upstairs, the main dining and living area, with reverse cycle split system, leads to the modern kitchen with a water filter on the cold water tap. Also upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with en-suite (complete with 2 basins, shower and toilet) and a separate powder room for added convenience.

Downstairs, there are three large bedrooms, all with BIRs and a generous main bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also downstairs is the second living area with a TV and reverse cycle split system. There is direct access from within the home to the huge drive through the garage, which also features some couches, table-tennis table and arcade game.

Outdoor Areas

The upstairs rear deck provides amazing views of the water - a great location for enjoying a relaxing drink, or a meal cooked on the BBQThe downstairs rear deck adjoins the downstairs living area, as does the garage with all its amenities.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, De Longhi Nespresso coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

Each of the two living areas has a reverse cycle split system, bedrooms 1 and 3 have ceiling fans and bedrooms 2 and 4 have pedestal fans. All bedrooms have a column heater.

Bedroom Configuration:

This home has 8 beds plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Two Single beds and One Single trundle bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One set of Single bunks and one Single trundle bed

The downstairs living room has a Double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail yourself of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
