It is a fabulous property and very well appointed throughout. the location is excellent, we have family near by, so it worked extremely well. we very much hope that we can book again for next year. the only issue was that the roads were being resurfaced so it was very noisy during the day which was a shame but hopefully would not be the case if we were to book again next year

Beautiful apartment

Fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. Peaceful location, really spacious first class accommodation. Lots of really nice features - including good coffee machine and bar b q! Very easy and fast communication with Johan. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional staying experience

We spent 6 nights with friend's couple. It is quite spacious to share with three couples and everything was well prepared as stated. And there were provisions prepared which are beyond our expectation. We all were happy to come back to this apartment.

An amazing stay

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week while my daughter trained at Soto Tennis Academy. Everything was perfect! Johan was so helpful on areas to see and fabulous restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend his place.

Fantastic property!

An amazing apartment, so much space! Decorated so tastefully with all modern appliances and technology. Complex was fantastic too, with indoor pool and gym and shared outdoor pool and fantastic gardens. Short distance by car into Sotogrande which is lovely - loads of restaurants, bars and lovely Marina. Would definitely recommend and would happily go and stay here again in the future!

Understated Perfection

This was even better than the listing. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. Great location for those wanting a slightly slower pace. A short 5min drive to the marina. Valgrande Holiday

We have stayed at Valgrande for the last few years. This was the first time in Johans Appt, so we new what to expect and we were not disappointed. the standard was very high although would benefit from more lighting by way of more lamps. We will be booking again for 2020 with Johan, it was a 5 star holiday.

What a beautiful apartment

We are a family of 4 who stayed in the apartment while we were looking at properties in the Sotogrande area. It's a really lovely apartment. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very furnished with modern, high-quality furniture. Communication with the owner was easy, as was parking right outside the block. You definitely need a car, as the apartment is not within walking distance of shops etc, but if you have that, it's difficult to fault.

Amazing stay and holiday !

We stayed a family og 6 in this beatutiful place. Our lovely and friendly host John made it egen better with his High quality of service. The appartement is very big and fully equiped. It have an amazing large terrasse with a view to the pool area. We used the pool and padel-court every day. There where no other guests. There is also free use of a big spa-area with fitness. Very nice - nothing to put a finger on!! We can recommend KE Sotogrande restaurant and also a trip to Gibraltar and Caminito del Rey. We are coming back to this lovely place!
