Villa Eliseo

Great views and spacious villa. Was working walking distance of a beautiful quiet beach. From there we were able to walk to Sotagrande Mariana. Other than that there was sadly no shop/bar restaurant within walking distance so definitely need a car if staying. We had some heavy rain whilst there and the lower ground floor flooded quite badly. Also water came through from under the front door. So was forever mopping. There was also cracked glass in the patio door and main bedroom balcony. Again possibly due to the rain the main electrics blew and had to have an emergency electrician repair a burnt out board outside.

Villa de ensueño con unas vistas increíbles.

Las vistas son lo mejor. El alojamiento muy amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Electrodomésticos, kit de limpieza básico, productos de cocinas básicos, cápsulas de café, etc. El exterior de la casa es una maravilla, tiene barbacoa de gas. Dentro dispones de 3 habitaciones en la segunda planta y una enorme habitación en el sótano. Hay tres baños completos y un aseo, todo limpio y en perfectas condiciones. La agencia que gestiona el alojamiento es muy profesional. Repetiremos seguro. Tener que recoger y entregar las llaves en la agencia es un poco pesado. Pero nos lo compensaron de sobra con un check in más temprano y un check out más tardío.

La villa es preciosa, nueva, acogedora. A mejorar, no hay ollas y sartenes para cocinar para 10 personas, los cristales que rodean toda la Villa estaban muy sucios. Una barbacoa sería muy positivo.

Una vivienda muy recomendable

La vivienda es perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas. Es muy amplia y está muy bien distribuida. Volveremos sin duda. Está muy limpia. Falta algo de menaje en la cocina, pero en general todo está bien.
