Staff, all around, was very helpful and friendly. The pool was closed the first few days of our stay but we made up for it once it was cleaned. My husband spent a lot of time by the pool reading. The stay at Hilton San Salvador was good. The hotel is in a nice area and it was easy to get around. The room was clean but the pillows are huge and not comfortable to lay your head on. The restaurant has a nice breakfast but there are also other restaurants near. The gym is ok but basic, the toilets ...
