「Superb hotel. Very warm bed and quality blanket for the chilled spring in Como. I also love their breakfast. Location is close to the lake ferry ticket office. Very easy to find this hotel which is next to Duomo, the tallest structure of the town. 」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「This was a great option to get an amazing lake view room at a price for middle-class traveler. I really liked being so close to the ferry terminal and the train station. The room was large and uniquely designed, made me feel relaxed. I was worried at first when I saw the construction going on across the street but the windows were soundproofed enough that you could barely hear it.
