Gros is a lively neighbourhood by day, located next to the Kursaal, with many leisure establishments such as bars and cafés. At night it is a quiet neighbourhood where you can rest and relax.

Appartement très bien placé, à 2 pas de la plage et tout proche du centre-ville.Le seul inconvénient est que les fenêtres donnent sur des patios intérieurs, donc pas de belles vues, et on entend bien les voisins.Hôte sympathique et aidant.

Great location and value
Stayed here for five nights with my 13-year old daughter. Tons of cafes, pintxos, and restaurants right in the neighborhood. One block to the Zurriola beach, buses, and a bikeshare station.Unai was easy to communicate with and we had zero issues during our stay. A/C worked when great when we used it on a hot day. Washing machine in unit was great to have.

Unai’s apartment is excellent and he is a great host! Location is perfect right near the surf beach and there is a grocery store directly opposite along with lots of delicious restaurants. Old Town is not a far walk away. Unai was so helpful and super responsive especially when l locked myself out!

A great place to stay in San Sebastian!!
This apartment was wonderful! For our family of four, the location could not be beat. It was next to the surfing beach where we spent hours in the waves. It is literally across the street from some of the best food we’ve had in Spain. The host was very welcoming, checked us in very speedy, and provided everything you needed in an apartment for a stay in this wonderful city. Thank you!
