The apartment in San Sebastián - Donostia BETI JAI stands out above all for its location, its colourfulness and its maritime yet homely style. It is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends looking to be close to the beach as well as other points of interest. It is a quiet apartment that offers three double bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a cosy day area with a living room and an original kitchen-diner. The apartment also includes wireless internet connection in the bedrooms, as well as air conditioning.
Moreover, within less than 3 minutes walking distance, there are 3 public underground car parks.
The three bedrooms of BETI JAI are spacious and have been decorated with San Sebastian beaches in mind. The main bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm. There is a second very spacious bedroom that offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a large shower. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, also equipped with a shower.
The third bathroom of the apartment is located next to the living room and also offers a practical shower.
The kitchen is connected to the living room by a large glass wall and an original porthole. It is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and complete kitchenware, as well as a table and chairs where you can enjoy delicious dinners during your holidays.
The living room of the BETI JAI apartment is a pleasant space that stands out for the combination of styles as well as the cheerful colours of its equipment. Being oriented towards the block courtyard, it is a quiet and fresh place.
Additionally, it offers free WiFi via fibre, thanks to which, one can browse at high speed (100 Mbps).

Nah am Meer und mitten in der Stadt
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - entsprechend der Beschreibung im Angebot. Sie ist für 4 Erwachsene bequem, Schlafzimmer und Bäder gibt es für 6 Personen. Bei Vollbelegung mit Erwachsenen kann es im Aufenthaltsbereich etwas eng werden. Da alle Fenster zum Innenhof bzw. zu Lichtschächten ausgerichtet sind, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, aber auch eher dunkel.

Great location, Great apartment
Very well located close to the beach as well as other amenities. 10 minute walk from old town and other main beach. The apartment itself is a very spacious three bed with plenty of room and individual bathroom and showers. Great place to stay for a long weekend throughly recommend!!

Magnífico
He pasado 3 noches en este maravilloso apartamento en San Sebastián. Soy una persona a la que le encanta viajar y, afortunadamente, lo hago muy a menudo. He pernoctado en todo tipo de alojamientos y el Beti Jai es uno de los mejores. La limpieza, la ubicación y la comodidad que te ofrece es insuperable.

Nice apartment good location Bad with construction occuring outside Sep/Oct 2018
We booked for Sep 30 - Oct 5 2018. We were told one of the bathroom drains was leaking and we could not use it for 3 days. Only two of the bedrooms were set up with sheets and bedding. Instead of a 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment as advertised, we had a 2 bed 2 bath unit for 3 days. We were not told and found out on arrival that the apartment is surrounded with construction work. You cannot open any window in the apartment without debris and dust flying in. Starting at 8AM hammers, saws, and other construction noise makes it impossible to enjoy the apartment. There is debris falling outside the windows during the day. Our friends who were to stay Oct 1 decided to find other housing rather that live in the apartment with the construction and broken bath. Our friends convinced us to leave after 3 days rather that breath the dusty air. The owner/management should have told us of the construction before we rented and stayed.
If the construction is finished and all the bedrooms and baths are operating, it seems like a nice apartment in a wonderful location. Be aware that the management company(Basque Stay) requires you to to pick up the key at a different location in San Sebastian that is 1.5 km or a 30 min walk from the apartment.
