bright and natural ventilation, with two large terraces, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
At 300 m from the beach, easily accessible by taking a short walk along the river and through the marina.
In the surroundings, there is a great offer to know the historical heritage of the Basque Country. Just one hour from Bilbao and Vitoria Gasteiz and less than 30 minutes from SanSebastian and Zarauz also with the possibility of access by public transport. You can take boat or canoe trips along the Oria River or go hiking.

Nice apartment

It was just as indicated online, however there is a building being constructed next door. From 0730-1830 there is a lot of construction noise. During the week it was difficult to be in the apartment due to noise.

Casa nueva con excelente ubicación

La casa es muy espaciosa, cómoda y moderna y tiene una ubicación excelente al lado de la ría y a un paseo de la playa. La playa de Orio es muy agradable así como el pueblo. Muy positivo es que tiene un supermercado al lado y Plaza de garaje.
