Located in the lively Gros neighbourhood, just a few metres from the Zurriola beach.



This elegant apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and a step-free entrance.

The living room, spacious and full of natural light, features a dining area and a warm atmosphere ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The property includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, as well as two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. It has heating and air conditioning to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout the year.



The Boutique apartment stands out for its excellent location in Gros, one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in San Sebastián. Its careful design, the comfort of its rooms, and proximity to the beach, the Old Town and leisure areas make it a perfect option for both relaxing and enjoying the San Sebastián atmosphere.

Wonderful stay!

Spacious, modern, well equipped and furnished, this rental was perfect. Located in a beautiful part of San Sebastian, and just a short few blocks to the beach. Highly recommended.
