Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town.

Wonderful Staff and Breakfast

A newer hotel with a great staff and a great breakfast. The soundproofing is a bit light (I was by the elevator) and it’s about 15 minutes to the tourist district. The walk to the tourist district is lovely.

Great place with parking, litte of the way of town center but with good transportation, Keys went kaput at second day and would not let me in the garage, called the number since staff leaves at 3pm i beleive, was hable to give me code to go into bldg and get master key to get to room and open garage, people getting there aftter staff have to follow instructions real carefully. Otherwise good for the money i had a car so great plus with the free parking.

It's not well located, there is nothing of note nearby, no bars, no shops.The bathrooms are unventilated and the rooms hot. So despite the friendly staff who were lovely, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We loved the room because it was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The only disappointing aspect was the staff and service. We were ignored upon arrival while the staff member continued a conversation with someone behind the desk. Eventually he told us to wait a moment (no greeting) while he organized his papers. When we returned in the evening, he only greeted us when we first greeted him. The same happened in the morning with a different person when checking out. The staff members did not make us feel welcome, but everything else was good.

Good hotel for a place to sleep and park. We could walk into the centre easily and the underground parking felt secure. Note that it's small so the reception is not 24/7 and there's no breakfast. Also only park where there are hotel signs as it's a shared car park with loval residents.

Clean friendly staff that we happy to see us every time we walked in or asked a question, super clean awesome breakfast and every thing you need ,out of the hustle of the old town but only a short 10 min walk away, will definaltey stay there again ,great value for the cost

Incredible staff and very clean!

The staff was extremely friendly our entire stay! One of the ladies called the airline and delivery service about our lost luggage and helped us research when it would be delivered! It was so incredibly kind and eased a lot of stress. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Sebastián.

Great stay.

This was a great spot for our three day visit in San Sebastian. The room was small but clean and comfortable and there was a parking garage in the same building. The old town was just a 15 minutes walk away. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was yummy! The only complaint is that the room could have had a bit more light.

The rate of the hotel was too expensive to single person. There were no single room and single bed when I reserved for my stay around that area by Expedia. Therefore, I had to pay the fee of double single bed for my stay.

I would say the front desk workers were rather inflexible when it came for asking for 45 extra minutes to check out and also cancel a second nights stay. Neither were approved. Rooms are tiny. Shower is small and bathroom is small. Overall I would not stay here again but that is because of the customer service

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at

We paid a ridiculously high price for this hotel room and it was probably one of the worst we have stayed in. - The hotel room was dirty when we arrived with leftover food on the nightstand, bugs in the bathroom and garbage next to the bed. - The room smelt like mould and urine after the exaggerated use of detergent had settled. Yes, it actually smelled like old urine next to the nightstand. - Both nights we were woken up by noise from a dog, the housekeeping and people in the hallway early in the morning. - All products in the breakfast buffet that are supposed to be stored cold, were stored at room temperature. - There was so much noise from the employee at the breakfast that we could barely hear ourselves think. - Although we asked for a quiet room, we got a noisy room right next to the road. Consequently, we could not sleep with the window open and the air quality was really bad. - The bathroom was rusty, smelled really bad and the shower leaked water after just a short shower. - The mini fridge suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, so the food we had stored there actually got broken. Avoid for all costs.
