GEREZI - Basque Stay

Elegant and spacious apartment located just 2 minutes walking from the Zurriola beach and 4 minutes from the Old Town and city centre of San Sebastian. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room. In total it can accommodate up to 7 people, as the living room sofa converts into a 150 cm wide bed. Includes free Internet connection via WiFi and all kitchen equipment, as well as sheets and towels.



The distribution of beds is as follows:



Room 1: 1 bed of 180 cms wide

Room 2: 2 beds of 90 cms wide

Room 3: 2 beds of 90 cms wide

Living room: 1 sofa bed of 150 cms wide



Regarding parking, there are 2 underground car parks within a 2-minute walking distance from the apartment.

Très bel appartement bien placé

L'emplacement est parfait l'appartement magnifique, la litterie et l'équipement ménagé de qualité. Bémol : nous sommes venus dans une période de travaux sur l'immeuble ce qui nous a perturbé au niveau du sommeil. L'agence a bien réagit quand nous les avons informés. En dehors de telles périodes, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Nice apartment in a good location vis a vis Old Town BUT with a real negative feature.

We really enjoyed most aspects of the apartment. Lots of space and nicely appointed. Nice kitchen with the equipment to make some of our meals. The biggest negative evolved around there being no A/C. We were told that in San Sebastian you didn't need one and perhaps they are right, MOST days BUT that forces you to open the windows and then the problems begin! Life on the streets starts at 7am so that is your wake up call! Between the street cleaners / motor cycles winding up / garbage pick ups / and so many other 'signs of life' you cannot 'sleep in'! Worst of all is the guy who lives in the 5th floor apartment across the street who owns a large white dog and leaves the door to his balcony open 24-7. At any (and all hours) the dog comes out on the balcony and barks at anything that moves......and that is EVERYTHING!! With our windows open because of no A/C, that means he is about 10 meters from us barking at the top of his lungs and that means NO sleep if he doesn't sleep, no peaceful moments to compose or reflect without the constant interruption of this hound!! And this is all day every day of the 12 days of our stay. One would think there would be a local ordinance against such a disturbance but the police occasionally patrolled on the streets and could hear what we heard. Everyone heard what we heard! Get rid of the dog OR install an A/C and close the windows, cutting out most of the noise, and the apartment's amenities would shine and Basquestay would get another star! Allen

Fantastic Apartment

Truly enjoyed our stay in this very modern and yet stylish apartment. Literally a 5 - 10 min walk to old town, but there are several wonderful restaurants nearby. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 and with the windows and balcony doors open, air cond. is not even required. There was truly nothing bad about this apartment. Loved staying here, can’t wait to come back again

Loved every minute of it! What a wonderful city!

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable. There is plenty of room for at 6-8 people. The view of the bustling street is wonderful. Location is great—1/4 mile from Old Town, and very short walks to 2 beaches. The people who work for Basque Stay were helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

The apartment was a bit hard to get to, but the location was perfect..we were able to walk everywhere. The amenities were fantastic, even had a dryer, d after traveling for 2 weeks we definitely needed a comfortable space
