Nice quiet hotel above San Sebastián.

A great hotel with helpful staff, a nice view, and good breakfast. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Sebastián. No restaurant for dinner but just a short walk to an area of local restaurants. I highly recommend Hotel Nicol’s!

Es un sitio muy tranquilo donde poder descansar. La cama muy cómoda. Muy limpio. EL personal muy amable. No había restaurante pero sí un bar para poder desayunar, aparte del buffet. En el pueblo, no muy lejos, hay bares y restaurantes.

This is a country side style hotel, just so close to San Sebastián . Ideal location para hikers and walkers !!! Could be a walk to the beach , However , it has a bus service with a good scheduling. Hotel provides breakfast only.

Hôtel situé un peu en dehors de San Sébastien, à environ 4km du centre et de la vieille ville, calme et très bien entretenu. Personels très agréable, chambres très propes, bonne literie, reproche, juste du savon dans la salle de bain, un gel douche serait le bienvenu, à prévoir si vous y allez

Está en las afueras del centro; si bien no está muy lejos, no es un camino para caminar. Hay transporte público que pasa cada 20 minutos o el taxi que cobra alrededor de 15 euros.

This is a nice place but we didn’t get any sleep. There was a dog barking all night long then a rooster started in at 5 am. This is in a rural area a little out of town for my likings. Not convenient. The staff was real nice and it was clean.

hôtel très accueillant.

C'était notre troisième séjour à Hôtel Nicols, le premier était par hasard, mais depuis c'est notre hôtel de choix en visitant San Sébastien. L'hôtel semble être dans la compagne, tranquille, mais au même temps très proche de la plage et aussi la centre ville. L'équipe est toujours très accueillant, souriant et prêt à aider.

We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who took the time to explain where we were and what facilities were available to us. The location was spectacular and it was so nice to have some outside space. There was a cafe and restaurant on site and the breakfast gave us plenty of choice. We absolutely loved it and really didn't want to leave. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Nice place

Nice hotel with a lovely garden. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good bar with big drinks. You need a car to get here, even if it is just a few kilometres from San Sebastian's centre.

Hotel silencioso pacifico, personal agradable

Enclavado en lo alto de una ladera de la cual se aprecia el oceano,es un hotel pacifico y silencioso apto para disfrutar el entorno natural de gran belleza, aun que no esta cerca de San Sebastian existen lugares muy interesantes y algunos restaurantes con magnifica vista a la bahia de san sebastian, para bajar a la ciudad hay excelente transporte urbano. Los restaurantes y bar del hotel agradables y con buena seleccion de alimentos.

A little clam outside San Sebastian

I loved the setting of the hotel in the heights of Monte Igeldo. It is a bit outside the city and really feels like the countryside. The people are friendly and we appreciated their services.

Great Value

Very beautiful grounds with nice large room. Noisy at night could hear banging??? Other than that it was fantastic, good communication too. Would stay again and reccomnend!

Quaint hotel but terrible road

The road to the hotel is very steep and narrow - a comment on the website should be made. We didn’t do for dinner as we were concerned about driving it at night.
