A spacious apartment for families or groups of friends in the heart of the Gros neighborhood. Feel the atmosphere of a young and dynamic area from the balcony and enjoy the typical Belle Époque buildings in front of you. Full of bars and restaurants, and local stores, Gros is an opportunity to get to know the more local side of San Sebastian. Features:

Lovely apartment

Great location. Very walkable. Was a bit noisy from the street so recommend ear plugs. Extremely clean. Showers were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Excellent location! Smooth check in process and extremely prompt host with questions. The bedroom between the kitchen and the living room had a solid wall indicated on the floorplans but the wall dividing the living room and that bedroom is a temporary folding wall. This made that room very suspectable to noise from the rest of the house. If you have small children, plan around that.

Lovely apartment

We are a family of 5, 3 teenage daughters with us on the trip. The apartment was clean, charming and comfortable. It's in a fantastic location. Walk to the beach in 3 minutes, a view of the church from the window, groceries, bars and cafes right in the neighborhood. a great neighborhood, a bit out of the tourist zone, so quiet at night. Walked less than 10 minutes, over the bridge and you are in the heart of Old Town and La Concha beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in San Sebastián

A lovely remodeled apartment in the desirable Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián (Donostia) Perfectly located near the beach, shopping and close distance to the Old Town( pinxtos) it’s also within easy walking distance to the Avenida Libertad, which has the more upscale shopping. The apartment was clean and had modern luxury. I would definitely stay again! Thanks

Very Good Apartment - Needs A Little Attention To Keep It Top Class

Good apartment in a pleasant neighbourhood and very much as described - all rooms are a comfortable size.. The kitchen is very well equipped. We did have some annoying maintenance issues though - one bedroom's shutters (which act effectively as curtains) didn't come down, a shower thermostat that didn't keep the water at the set temperature and a wash hand basin plug that didn't work. The Feel Free Rentals staff - who look after the apartment were easy to contact, friendly, very helpful and responsive but the issues weren't quick fixes. Given that it's quite a premium property I think that it would benefit from some freshening up of paint in places and of the cream sofa covers, which have some staining, to keep it 5*.

Great Location easy walk to everything

Our family of five with college aged children stayed here in early July. This apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. Very clean, well equipped and we loved the location. Everything is accessible from here including beach, restaurants and grocery store. Drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the scene below from four stories up was a highlight of our mornings. Access was easy using a code to get in and then keys. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Alojamiento súper agradable

El alojamiento es súper agradable. Al ser todo tan blanco y moderno tiene aspecto de limpio (aunque el sofá necesita un repaso) y confortable. La cocina es comodísima, moderna y llena de cajones y armarios y los baños amplios y funcionales. Hay una pared móvil para aislar una habitación del salón o unirla a él. En mi opinión una cosa un poco rara, pero para gustos están los colores. La ubicación, perfecta. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Luxe, in heart of Gros and surf beach

Brand new apartment with all the bells and whistles and old world charm. It's in the middle of everything in the Gros neighbourhood. We stayed with my son. The beach, playground and park so close by made it perfect for our family. The kitchen set up allows for eat in breakfasts or dinners when he did too much during the day. and bedroom set up allowed for him to be tucked away at night. It's a residential building, there was construction in the morning which was loud. I'd assume that would not be happening much longer. The bedroom with the queen bed is actually partitioned off from living room with a sliding wall. It was absolutely fine, but the walls are not sound proof. All in all an amazing apartment. Feel free rentals are turn key, helpful and friendly.
